If I test scheduler capacity by interleaving dependent and independent integer adds, X925 can only keep half as many dependent adds in flight. Following dependent adds by independent ones only slightly reduces measured scheduling capacity. That suggests the renamer assigns a scheduler for each pending operation, and stalls if the targeted scheduling queue is full without scanning other eligible schedulers for free entries.
